A former pupil of Lasswade High School took part in a UEFA Cup quarter final football match. Steven Whittaker, scored Rangers' second goal in the 92nd minute to give Rangers a two goal lead. The school wishes Steven and his team mates all the best in the semi final match against Fiorentina and congratulates him on a fantastic solo effort to which a great goal was scored.
